My full fee is $190
for adolescents & adults
(50 min) and groups
(families, couples,or relationships)
(60 min).
As of May 2026, I have availability starting at $150.

This accounts for associate & supervisor fees, and living in the Bay Area as a disabled human. For transparency, around half of my practice pays between $0-$50-$80 per session. Pro bono and sliding scale slots are reserved for QTBIPOC / POGM; low income; disabled / chronically ill; and multiply marginalized community members.

Those who are able to pay my full or high sliding scale fee make it possible for folks with less resources and financial means to access sliding scale and free sessions. A percentage of all payments are redistributed to mutual aid requests and the Lisjan people through the Shuumi Land Tax. For the time being, I unfortunately do not take currently insurance due to bureaucratic, financial, and capacity barriers that comes with navigating them. Payment is collected in full each session using Ivy Pay, a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform that accepts debit, credit, and HSA/FSA cards.

I can provide a Superbill at the end of every month if you’re submitting for reimbursement.

If you don’t have / are not using insurance for therapy, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that shares how much therapy will cost, upon request. The estimated costs are valid for 12 months from the date of the Good Faith Estimate. This estimate will include service codes and diagnostic codes that may have been determined. Visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises for more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate.

I am also a practitioner for the following therapy funds!

~(Please subscribe to their newsletters for updates on upcoming openings)~

Changing Tides Therapy Stipend Program supports young adults (ages 16 – 35) seeking accessible mental health care! Qualifying recipients will receive 10 non-acute therapy sessions from a mental health professional from their directory. (*Would highly recommend applying here first if applicable! They offer sessions on a rolling basis, and has the largest budget / scope from what I’ve seen so far).

TWLOHA Treatment & Recovery Scholarship helps individuals access mental health care by providing financial support for therapy or counseling. Scholarship awards typically range from $65-$100. Funds may fully or partially cover individual therapy or counseling sessions with a licensed mental health provider. (*Please circle back during the tentative August 2026 if of interest, as my TWLOHA recipient slots are full for this spring / summer).

Lotus Therapy Fund provides 8 sessions of free therapy to Asian individuals in need. If you are 18+ years old and are a “US” resident, you may qualify to apply.

BIPOC Therapy Fund provides free, mental health therapy for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color adult applicants (age 18+) living in the "US” that are first-timers and are in need of financial support for mental health therapy.
