My full fee is currently $175 for individuals (50 min) and groups (60-90 min). High sliding scale slots available.

This accounts for associate & supervisor fees, out-of-pocket insurance costs, and living in the Bay Area as a disabled human. For transparency, around half of my practice pays between $0-$50-$80 per session. Pro bono and sliding scale slots are reserved for QTBIPOC; low income; disabled / chronically ill; and multiply marginalized community members.

Those who are able to pay my full or high sliding scale fee make it possible for folks with less resources and financial means to access sliding scale sessions. A percentage of all payments are redistributed to mutual aid requests and the Lisjan people through the Shuumi Land Tax. I unfortunately do not take insurance due to bureaucratic, financial, and capacity barriers that comes with navigating them. Payment is collected in full each session using Ivy Pay, a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform that accepts debit, credit, and HSA/FSA cards.

I can provide a Superbill at the end of every month if you’re submitting for reimbursement.

If you don’t have / are not using insurance for therapy, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate that shares how much therapy will cost, upon request. The estimated costs are valid for 12 months from the date of the Good Faith Estimate. This estimate will include service codes and diagnostic codes that may have been determined. Visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises for more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate.

I am also a practitioner for the following therapy funds!

  • The first few sessions are often about getting to know each other better, and building a foundation of shared understanding, intentions, and language. Moving at the speed of trust, the hope is to cultivate a safe space and relationship that is supportive of what you want to move through in therapy. Over time, the structure of sessions should feel familiar and consistent in ways that works best for you, and knowing there can always be shifts based on what you need (and any feedback you want to share).

I honor what is feeling most present for you on any given session. I am here to support the paths you want to feel through, and being curious, offering reflections and ideas, and ways to explore and experiment together. I will sometimes be listening for an entire session, other times offering questions and invitations, but either way always moving with you in your journey. I strive to be honest with what i’m experiencing and feeling, create space to uplift your wins, and support with what is most resonant with you in the moment.

  • Sessions are weekly, which are supportive for cultivating consistency and building on each week’s work. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests, to honor both of our time.

Over time, if you only feel the need to meet less often, definitely check-in with me to see if my schedule will allow for less frequent sessions (but will not be guaranteed).

  • Consultations. These free, 20 minute sessions are available via phone or video, which have live captions.

Intake forms. These will include short and long answer sections, with some multiple choice questions.

Sessions. We will meet through Google Meet or Zoom, which has live caption. Please honor what will support with your presence in session- whether it’s stimming, lying down, taking breaks, having snacks, moving your session location, or anything else that you may be needing on a given day.

Phone sessions are available upon request. Text-based and writing options available.

Please reach out if you have any access or support needs, and I will do my best to accommodate if possible.
